For this more accurate solution SALTO trusts on integrations. Fichaj.es is a time-tracking software with an online time clock App available for Android and iOS.
Fichaj.es integration with SALTO KS lets the customer use the door access control as check-in and check-out reader. Avoiding high investments in tablets, keypad devices and/or installing drivers on laptops for clock in- and out event notification.
Enabling the integration will allow you to:
- → Track people entering and exiting through any SALTO doors, showing detailed information showing where, who and when people passed through.
- → These events are logged and retrieved real-time through the FICHAJ.ES system, allowing for comprehensive monitoring.
- → Report generation is also possible based on these events, allowing for custom reports based on a person, time & date or door activity. Giving insights into the usage of the property.
- → These reports allow for daily T&A monitoring too, tracking attendance levels on a per-person basis, or grouped by individual properties. This feature works by comparing the results from the event database and creating a timeline which shows when someone has clocked in and out, giving insight into attendance rates.
SALTO KS will allow its customers to produce a time tracking report that states how long an employee has been in the office during a day. The basis for this info will be the timestamp of events generated by the user, where the first and last events if the day on specified lock(s) will be used to calculate the time in between. The report will contain the date, first & last name, first event timestamp, last event timestamp, and the calculated working hours.
No breaks are taking into consideration. Coffee, meal and a similar set of break times will not be taken into account on this calculation.
